Attorney Dan Balgo was born and raised in the Ohio Valley and is a graduate of the West Virginia University College of Law. Dan began practicing law in 1993 and has practiced as a trial attorney for his entire career. Dan concentrates his practice on injury cases including automobile accident, slip and falls, workers’ compensation, and medical malpractice. Dan has 19 years of experience in litigation including trials, discovery and mediation/arbitration.
